Il Metodo (digital product)

It is digital content you receive immediately after payment. At checkout I ask you to confirm that you want immediate delivery and that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal set out in the Italian Consumer Code (art. 59, letter o). Without that confirmation, delivery does not start.

If the file will not download or arrives damaged, write to me and I will send it again. If the package does not match what this page describes, you are entitled to a refund.

The two calls

If you bought Il Metodo with the two calls and have not yet taken the first one, you can ask for a refund of the part covering the calls (200 €) within 14 days of purchase.

La Campagna and Da Zero (services)

Before the kick-off call you can cancel and get a full refund. After the kick-off call the work has started and is no longer refundable, but the delivery commitment described in the terms still stands.

How to ask for a refund

An email to ciao@ailessandrobrozzi.com with the name used at purchase. I reply within 5 working days and the refund, where due, goes back to the same payment method through Stripe.
