Who handles the data

The data controller is Alessandro Brozzi, email ciao@ailessandrobrozzi.com.

What data, and why

• Quiz: your answers about the business, the advertising done so far and the budget, plus name, email, city and, if you leave it, a WhatsApp number. They let me pick the right offer and prepare before we speak.
• Purchase: name, email and billing details, handled by Stripe. They let me deliver the product and issue the invoice.
• Browsing: the site uses the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure visits and purchases. You can refuse non-essential cookies from your browser.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (quiz, purchase), legal obligations (invoicing) and consent (measurement tools).

How long it is kept

Quiz answers for 12 months. Billing data for 10 years, as the law requires. Browsing data according to Meta's own settings.

Who receives it

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, servers in the European Union), Resend (email delivery), Meta (measurement). No data is ever sold.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to ciao@ailessandrobrozzi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
